The COVID-19 pandemic is having an unprecedented impact on our daily lives. For members who are experiencing a financial hardship due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are here to help and are looking for ways to support you during these difficult times.

For Consumer Loans, we are offering Payment Deferral* on qualifying loans as an option for our members. Our lenders are here to help you with your individual needs, so please give them a call at 770.719.1111 or 800.338.5882.

In addition, we will temporarily waive The Southern’s fee of $1.50 when you use another financial institution’s ATM. As a reminder, the AllPoint branded ATM Network is always surcharge free for our members. You can download their app or go to http://www.allpointnetwork.com/locator.aspx to find over 55,000 ATM locations. This is one more way The Southern can help make access to your funds easier and more affordable.
