Online Banking

The Southern Credit Union’s Online and Mobile services, you can manage your finances whenever you want and from wherever you are. Both Online and Mobile Banking will save you valuable time and make it easier for you to keep track of your accounts.

Online Banking

Signing up for Online Banking for the first time from a computer:

  1. Go to southernonline.org
  2. In the upper right-hand corner, enter your User ID and the last four digits of your Social Security Number. The User ID is your member number that was given to you when you opened your account. You can find your member number in your new user packet or on your quick reference card.
  3. You will be prompted to enter a new User ID and password
  4. Click on Complete Sign Up
  5. You will then need to receive a one-time passcode. The passcode can be sent to your email address, cell phone as a text, or receive an automated voice call. Select how you would like to receive the one-time passcode.
  6. Enter the one-time passcode.

Sign up for e-statements and receive bill pay FOR FREE!!!

When you sign up for e-statements, save time by paying your bills online. To enroll for eStatements call our Telephone service Center at (770) 719-1111 or 1-800-338-5882 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., EST, Monday through Friday.

Account Access

Access your savings and loan accounts, including your Visa. View your current savings and loan balances, transfer funds between accounts and view months of transaction history for each account. View and print copies of cleared checks. Download your account information into popular financial management software.

Bill Payment

Pay bills through your personal computer instead of writing and mailing checks. With Bill Pay, it only takes a few mouse clicks to pay your bills each month. You control the timing and the amount of each bill you pay. Schedule your bills as a single payment, such as utility bills and phone bills, or you can schedule recurring payments, such as mortgage and auto payments. Bill pay is free when you sign up for eStatements. To enroll in Bill Pay call our Telephone service Center at (770) 719-1111 or 1-800-338-5882 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., EST, Monday through Friday. We reserve the right to close inactive bill pay accounts without prior notice. For additional information please refer to our credit union rate & fee disclosure.

eStatements

You can receive an electronic statement – eStatement – instead of your monthly paper statement. eStatements are free, posted on a secured site, and can be viewed 24/7. To enroll for eStatements call our Telephone service Center at (770) 719-1111 or 1-800-338-5882 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., EST, Monday through Friday.

Mobile Banking

Depositing Your Checks is a Click Away:

Members are able to utilize the remote-deposit feature of The Southern’s mobile app.  Snap a photo of your paper check and make the deposit digitally! You will never have to mail the paper check or drop it at the Credit Union. From The Southern’s app, simply launch the app and select Deposit Checks. It’s that easy.  Make sure to endorse your check “For Mobile Deposit only at The Southern Credit Union” before making your mobile deposit. With the Southern Credit Union mobile app, it has never been easier to tap into your accounts. Our mobile app offers fast and secure access and best of all it is right at your fingertips.

Mobile Banking Security

Your personal information is secured by the same encryption and login credentials as you use for home banking
