Lost or Stolen Cards

  • If you have a lost or stolen card, or you suspect you’re a victim of fraud or identity theft, call us immediately at 770.719.1111 or 800.338.5882, so we can put an immediate hold on your account. 
  •  To report a lost or stolen card outside of business hours, call 800.472.3272.
 

Suspect Fraud?

We protect your information and do our best to protect you from fraud. To confirm an alert received by phone via The Southern Credit Union's Fraud Department, please call 833.735.1897.
