How much does Greenlight cost?
As a member of The Southern, your Greenlight subscription is free*.
How do I access my free* Greenlight subscription?
If you’re a member of The Southern, you can sign up for your free* subscription to Greenlight via The Southern Mobile App. If you’re new to The Southern and/or a current Greenlight customer, you’ll find instructions on signing up for your free* account there, too.
Can the Greenlight Debit Card be added to digital wallets?
Yes! It can be added to the digital wallet on the mobile device for kids ages 13 and over. For kids under the age of 13, it may be possible to add the debit card to the parent's digital wallet and then shared with the kid. Check your mobile device digital wallet for specifications and limitations.
TSCU members can report a child's Greenlight card as lost or stolen by clicking "Card is Unlocked" directly in the SCU app under the child's Greenlight account. Once reported as lost or stolen, your child's new card will ship out the next business day!
